Courtney is a Transformational Life Coach and Certified Hypnotherapist, trained at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, AZ. She obtained her Masters Degree in Social Work and Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI. For 10+ years Courtney has professionally supported caring adults in obtaining their personal wellness goals. She is a powerful speaker and recognized expert on stress reduction and self-care.
