The Board Treasurer shall chair the Finance/Budget Committee,  The Treasurer shall appoint a minimum of two other members to the committee annually. The Finance/Budget Committee is responsible for generally overseeing and ensuring the development and approval of the annual budget including:

  • Reviewing revenue forecasts and expenditure plans presented by management;
  • Making recommendations to the Board for approval of an annual budget;
  • Monitoring actual revenues and expenditures against the budget forecast and recommending to the Board any adjustments that it deems necessary;
  • Reviewing the annual Audit Report
